We require a qualified and experienced Chef to manage a professionally run kitchen, prepare bistro type and italian inspired cuisine, with the supporting team. Duties will include the planning of menus, prepare daily chef specials, costing, placing supplier orders, negotiate pricing, interacting with guests, liaison with the directors.
