Vogue Personnel is recruiting a Sales Executive/Architectural Consultant within the Fenestration (Glass & Aluminium Industry) for the Cape Town area.
This position is not only to attract and secure fenestration projects, but to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 minimum.
- A technical background/qualification in construction or architecture is advantageous.
Experience
Min 5 years sales experience from within the construction/architectural industry. Exposure to the window and door industry (fenestration) is essential and exposure to aluminium beneficial. The ability to connect with all stakeholders in the construction industry is an important attribute. (architects, builders, QS, home owners)
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret construction drawings and grasp technical fenestration designs.
- Understanding of National Regulations that govern the building and fenestration industry.

Remuneration
Market related basic salary with a high-income potential commission structure.
